Alumni Council and Committees

By staying involved with Stuart Hall as an alumni volunteer, you can give back to your school while connecting with your classmates and other alumni from our community. To inquire about joining the Alumni Council or an alumni committee, please email alumni@stuart-hall.org.

About Serving on the Alumni Council

Each member of the Alumni Council serves a two-year term and may serve up to a total of six years. Members are expected to:

  • Participate in three annual meetings (virtually or in-person)
  • Contribute to the Annual Fund
  • Serve on at least one committee:
    • Alumni Affairs
    • Alumni Weekend
    • Awards (membership is limited)
    • Membership and Nominating
    • Student Affiliation

Class Agents

Class Agents play a vital role in keeping Stuart Hall alumni connected. Serving as a bridge between their classmates and STU, Class Agents:

  • Share updates and news from Stuart Hall

  • Encourage classmates to attend events and reunions

  • Inspire support for the Annual Fund and other priorities

  • Help maintain up-to-date contact and networking opportunities

This volunteer role strengthens class connections, fosters engagement, and supports Stuart Hall’s mission for future generations.
