Friday, April 4
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Distinguished Alumni Breakfast – Old Main, Gibbs Reception Room
*invitation only
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Senior Induction – Eastham Center, Room 104
For alums of all classes and seniors. Facilitated gathering to share and compare student stories and formal induction of the Class of 2025 into the Alumni Association.
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Alumni Registration – Eastham Center, Quarles Student Center
Check-in for Friday arrivals. Receive a schedule of activities, name badges, lanyards, and welcome favors for the weekend.
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday Night Welcome Reception – Eastham Center, Quarles Student Center
*includes appetizers and wine
Connect with classmates, friends, senior staff, and long-serving faculty. Tour the renovated academic space that the Eastham Center offers to students.
7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Dinner on your own – Explore Staunton
SATURDAY, APRIL 5
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Alumni Registration continues – Old Main Reception Area
Check-in for Saturday arrivals. Receive a schedule of activities, name badges, lanyards, and welcome favors for the weekend.
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. STU Store (Online Only) – Old Main, Venable Arcade
Visit the Venable Arcade to purchase your red, white, and STU gear. A member of the Stuart Hall staff will be available to help with navigating the Stuart Hall online store.
10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Common Ground Connections – Old Main, Gray Lester Library
Visit with classmates and friends, enjoy coffee, flip through yearbooks from your year, and reminisce on your favorite memories
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Memorial Service – Old Main, Gray Lester Library
*Hosted by the Alumni Council
A gathering to remember and honor the lives of the Stuart Hall community who have passed. Service is led by students & members of the Alumni Council.
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. All-Alumni Luncheon, State of School, and Awards – Old Main, Loevner-Parks Auditorium
Buffet lunch and State of the School address from the Head of School. Recognition of special guests and awards.
1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Reunion Class photos on Old Main Senior Steps
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Afternoon Tours of Old Main
Hosted by the Student Advancement Group
Please note that tours do not include dormitories to maintain privacy for students.
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 50th Reunion Toast hosted at Worthington House
The Class of 1975 is invited to join together for a bubbly toast with Head of School Jason Coady and his wife Stephanie Trauner
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Celebration Reception for all Reunion Classes – Worthington House
