Annual Fund
What Is the Stuart Hall Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund is our annual giving campaign that helps cover the essential costs of our School that are not covered by tuition. Every gift provides significantly toward making Stuart Hall’s education the finest in the following ways:
- An inspiring curriculum for students that uncovers personal strengths and promotes new possibilities;
- A fun-filled roster of co-curricular and extracurricular activities;
- A boarding program that attracts scholars from across the country and around the world;
- Highly qualified and dedicated faculty and staff who are committed to the success of young people;
- Financial assistance that enables qualified students from all backgrounds to attend;
- Lifelong connection with our alumni community, including through spring reunion events;
- Historic facilities, as well as the state-of-the-art Eastham Center;
- A strategic plan pointing the School toward an exciting future;
- Rich traditions that make our School unique; and,
- A spirit of belonging among every person connected to Stuart Hall School.
Why should I give?
Ultimately, the best reason to make a gift to Stuart Hall is to positively impact the lives of students and the larger school community. Like all non-profit organizations, Stuart Hall's operating budget depends upon donations, as tuition levels cannot cover all the expenses of the School. In fact, tuition alone only covers about 71 percent of the cost of a Stuart Hall education. The Annual Fund helps close that gap.
“A gift to education is a gift to the future for all of us. I give because of the type of school Stuart Hall is NOW, providing a strong education along with a strong sense of community and compassion.”- Bonnie Fontenot Nielson ’64
