The English as a Second Language program at Stuart Hall School is unique among boarding programs. For those whose first language, our enrichment programs, personalized instruction, and immersion experience help students to prepare for a rigorous academic future and a lifetime of global engagement at the professional level. Stuart Hall provides an exceptional education for international students. In addition, we offer a girls only boarding program for students in grades 8-12.

International Student Admissions Process

• Complete a Stuart Hall Middle and Upper School Application 2013-2014 and application fee of $100. Please be sure to include a fax number on the application.
• Provide a Math and English teacher recommendations
• Provide a personal statement written by the student.
• Provide transcripts translated to English.
• TOEFL, IELTS, SAT or SSAT scores
• Conduct a Skype or in person interview

We do accept mid-year applications in the fall and for second semester.

Enrollment

Once a student is admitted, she will be sent an acceptance letter and the enrollment contract.
When the enrollment contract has been returned with a non-refundable $6,500 deposit, the I-20, with which to obtain the student's (F-1) visa will be sent.
